Balinese Hut Massage

Treat yourself or someone special with a beautiful massage outside under an authentic Balinese Hut surrounded by lovely gardens.
Indulge your senses with the tropical smell and silky feel of coconut oil over your skin and the calmness of incense in the air. Feel the gentle breeze across your back and enjoy the relaxing sounds of bamboo chimes and running water.
Complete your massage experience with a relaxing pot of Green Tea or Ginger Tea and fruit plate in the gardens.
(You may request regular massage oil, no incense and music)

Balinese Massage

Balinese massage is simply beautiful. It combines dry massage pressure techniques with oil massage strokes that feel amazing and the frangipani coconut oil imported from Bali is just gorgeous. It is a very relaxing massage with great health benefits. I have been taught authentic Balinese massage by Spa Sekar Jagat, Bali.
Enjoy this massage in the clinic room or for the total experience, have your massage as part of the Balinese Hut Massage Package.

Thai Hot Herbal Ball Massage Treatment

This exotic and ancient treatment from Thailand is the ultimate relaxation treatment for your mind, body and soul and is just perfect to warm you up in winter.
The compresses consist of exotic herbs and spices that have been carefully selected for their medicinal and relaxation properties. Some of the herbs include: Ginger, Tumeric, Camphor, Sweet Basil, Tamarind and Kaffir Lime Leaves. Together this blend will aid digestion, stimulate blood circulation, detoxify, nourish skin, lower stress and tension and more.
They are heated slowly in a steamer, releasing an aroma which relieves congestion and promotes relaxation.
The compresses are worked into your muscles, dissipating joint and muscle tension.
A relaxation blend of lemongrass and ginger oil is warmed and then massaged into your body allowing you to fully enjoy this holistic treatment.

Sports Massage

Sports massage therapy alleviates the stress and tension which builds up in the body’s soft tissues during physical activity. It is used before and after athletic events to prepare the athlete for peak performance by reducing swelling, muscle tension and fatigue, preventing injuries and promoting flexibility.

Remedial /Deep Tissue Massage

Remedial/Deep Tissue massage can be a treatment for the whole body or for a specific injury or problem. It treats the cause of the injury or pain, not only the symptoms. It is one of the most effective and natural treatments for stress related conditions.

Relaxation/Swedish Massage

Relaxation massage increases the oxygen flow in the blood and releases toxins from the muscles. It feels good, and is relaxing.
It affects the nerves, muscles, glands, and circulation, while promoting health and well being.

ANMF Finch Therapy

Finch Therapy is a non-invasive soft tissue treatment for chronic pain sufferers. As Finch Therapists, our speciality is in pain relief and prevention of its reoccurrence to help you gain control of your life.

Whilst seemingly new to complimentary medicine, Finch Therapy foundation was developed in the late 1990’s by Kym Finch of Brisbane (Australia).

Its successful results are gained by assessing the whole body (not just where your pain is).  Pain is an intricate problem, in that the cause of your pain may not necessarily be where your symptoms are.  Finch Therapists are trained to identify and treat the cause of your problem, relieving the symptoms at the same time.

Postural alignment imbalances create abnormal loads/stress on structures in your body such as muscles, joints, nerves and often cause spinal misalignment and pain.  These imbalances are identified through a series of postural and orthopaedic testing to accurately determine the origin of your pain.
